1.) What are the differences between domestic and international shipping?
Being that Optimus is from the United States and ShopOpti is located in the United States, domestic shipping refers to any package sent within America. International shipping refers to all outside territories and nations.
2.) How long does shipping my product usually take?
Shipping situations are often unique. While there are several different rates that ship products at different speeds to account for, the usual timeframe for you to receive your Optimus merchandise is anywhere from 5-21 days. Domestic shipping is usually much quicker, while international shipping takes longer. Note: ShopOpti is not responsible for packages that are late, misplaced, stolen, or damaged.
3.) How much is shipping?
Domestic rates are generally cheaper. Different rates also ship at different prices. The average cost of shipping domestically is $4.90, while international shipping is harder to pinpoint for several reasons. Orders of over $50 receive free domestic shipping.
4.) How do I track my merchandise?
There are two main ways that you can track your ShopOpti package. First, you will receive an email from us telling you that your order has been processed. When a package tracking code is available, you will be notified, as well. From there, you can generally click on the tracking number on the email and be redirected to the carrier website to see updates. However, if this does not work, you can copy and paste your tracking number at https://www.17track.net and receive updates.
